About

I have made it my mission to visit every castle in Wales, my home country, because there is so much history here that far too many people overlook. (Plus, castles are pretty.)

So, this here tumblr shall be dedicated to my mission, and will let me explore the history and stories of these castles, and let me share them with you.

All of the photographs on here are my own, unless clearly stated otherwise.

I'm going to be adding information as I find it, and when I have the time to write it. The photos will likely be up long before the history is.

A lot of the information on this Tumblr comes from The Castles of Wales Website, the official websites of the castles mentioned, and leaflets and books bought from the castles, I will credit them where due.
